Heavy Hearts is a healing practice led by Lily Truong, a queer Asian-American therapist and death doula based in Southern California. Rooted in heart-centered care, the practice blends somatic mindfulness and depth psychology to offer therapy, sound healing, and end-of-life support for those navigating life transitions, grief, and the tender edges of being human.
Why wait until the end of life to rest in peace when a more restful life in peace is possible now?
Clients often experience more clarity, deeper rest, healthier relationships, and greater self-compassion and trust to make empowered choices. We hold the power to alchemize angst into contentment, yearnings into passion and purpose, and pain into possibilities.
Let’s explore your story and create embodied changes for healing, connection, and ease.
