Our hearts are heavy…

We carry a lifetime of experiences and a spectrum of emotions.

Heavy Hearts are full, but never at capacity because love is infinite.

Heavy Hearts is a healing practice led by Lily Truong, a first-generation Vietnamese+American queer femme mental health counselor, death doula, and healing arts practitioner. Rooted in heart-centered care, Heavy Hearts weaves together somatic mindfulness with depth-oriented psychology to offer supportive therapy sessions, sound healing, guided meditations, and end-of-life services. The practice is committed to decolonizing therapy, deconstructing oppressive narratives, centering social justice, and honoring the interconnectedness of mind, body, spirit, land, and lineage.

Why wait until the end of life to “rest in peace” when a more restful life in peace is possible now?

Clients often experience more clarity, deeper rest, healthier relationships, and greater self-compassion and trust to make empowered choices. We hold the power to alchemize angst into contentment, yearning into passion and purpose, and pain into possibilities.

Let’s explore your story and create embodied changes for healing, connection, and ease.
